I don't have a credit card or a debit card! How can I use a money order to pay for my stuff?

We definitely want your business! We understand that not everyone has a credit or debit card, so we will definitely take your order with a money order! Here's how...
  1. You need to firstly figure out what you want to buy with your money order, right? We need to know what shirts you want, what style of shirts, what shirt colors, and what sizes of shirts. Email us by CLICKING HERE and telling us that information we need as well as your desire to pay through the mail.
  2. When we get your email, we will respond quickly with your total owed for that purchase. That includes the shipping and handling fees. This will be your invoice that includes the address to ship your payment to.
  3. Print out that email that we sent you that includes all of your costs, your shipping address, and your order. Mail that information in an envelope to the address we gave you and include your payment. We'll ship your shirts as soon as we get your letter in the mail!

Why shouldn't I just go buy a cheaper shirt from BRAND X? / Are these shirts worth the money or will they just wear out on me?

Our competitors buy shirts based on low prices, while we buy shirts based on the best condition out there. All shirts are quality-checked before shipment, so order worry-free your 100% cotton and preshrunk tees.

Having Issues With Ordering?

The most probable cause is that the information entered into the "Billing Information" fields do not match the card issuer's billing information. Review this first. If you feel confident that everything is in order, and you are still being rejected then you may use the following information.
  1. If you're still having problems, then I need you to check that billing information one more time. Correct spelling and capitalization matter!
  2. Sometimes your banking information hasn't caught up yet if you've moved recently, so you might want to try using your previous address.
  3. It may come down to using a different credit or debit card. Our system may be rejecting you for an unknown reason.
  4. We are an American-based company and have a Toll Free number for American residents. This number is 1-888-687-4478. You can call for help between the Central Time Zone based hours of 9am and 6pm.

How long will it take to get my order shipped?

We made fast shipments a priority here when this company began, and we have been praised for it on numerous occasions from happy customers. Your package ships out the door within one business day. We have hours of operation on Mon. thru Fri. between the times of 7 am and 3 pm. Orders do not ship on Sat. or Sun. Also, it stands to reason that any holiday the post office doesn't work...neither do we. Those exceptions aside, we always ship your shirts within 24 hours of your payment. If you place your order on a weekend, then that means your order will be moved through the system on Monday and shipped out on a Tuesday. We pride ourselves on keeping a fully stocked warehouse here, and the vast majority of the orders that come in are ready to be made and shipped quickly. We scarcely ever need to order supplies for an order to be completed, but if we do it usually only takes a couple of days for us to restock and ship your order. Even if we have to reorder supplies, this will only set your order back a couple of days and you will still receive your purchases much faster than if you had ordered from some other site.

If you've waited until the last minute to buy a gift, or if you need your shirts for a special occasion in a very short amount of time, there are several shipping options open to you when you order.

If you are a resident of the U.S.A., then you can pick from three different shipping options that we've made available.

  1. Our Standard option will suit most needs, as it arrives to your door in a very speedy 3-8 work days.
  2. Expedited Shipments are for those people who are in a real hurry to get their order in the mail, and you can reasonably expect delivery somewhere between TWO and THREE business days.
  3. If you need your order extremely fast, we can make that happen for you with our Express Shipping, which will get your package to you in only 1-2 business days.
As a SPECIAL NOTE OF INTEREST, packages that are shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent using Priority Mail and can be expected to get to you in 5 to 10 business days. These times for delivery are all estimates based on our past dealings with the U.S.P.S. We cannot foresee complications within the Post Office's system. If you supply a working email address, then you will receive tracking information at the time of shipment. This excludes PO BOXES, HAWAII, ALASKA, and INTERCONTINENTAL ORDERS.

Our International friends from the nations of Denmark, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Great Britain, Canada, North Ireland, and Sweden are welcome to order using our International Shipping option. for those using our International Shipping options, please be patient and allow for 4 to 8 weeks for your order to reach you. This is especially true during the Holiday shipping rush. If you were to contact us with complaints after not getting your shirt within a week of ordering it, we will politely point to this FAQ page and tell you that it takes FOUR to EIGHT weeks for delivery. Once your package starts its journey across the water to you, we no longer have the ability to track that order for you at this time.

Customs Law requires us to make a full, visible inventory for their inspection that includes a monetary value of the contents. Marking the packages as gifts will not nullify this requirment. In addition to this, you may see that you can have additional charges levied against your order when it enters your country. You are responsible for paying these Customs Fees. If you have any inquiries concerning customs delays or costs, then please refer them to the customs officers of your region.

We love and respect all men and women who serve in our Armed Services, so we have no problem shipping to any APO/FPO. We would love to provide the option of Expedited and Express Mail Delivery, but those shipping options are unfortunately unavailable for APO/FPO addresses at this moment in time. Please disregard the quoted shipping estimates for delivery listed above if you are ordering for an APO/FPO address, as these delivery times do not apply.

If you are ordering your shirt to be delivered to a PO BOX address, then it will be shipped with USPS Standard Mail, which will take 3-5 Work Days to arrive.

Our Privacy Policy is pretty simple. We will only ever use the information you have given us to fulfill your order or contact you with any questions or problems that may arise with completing your order. That's it.

These are some really cool shirts here, but I like my shirts on the back and shoulders of the shirts I wear.

Putting designs on the back of your order will be no issue at all, and we will gladly do it at no additional fee to you. Please make sure you let us know that this is how you want your shirts made, though, by instructing us in the "comments" area of your online order form.

Company Policy Concerning Returns

You may return your purchases for a refund for any reason. If you return your shirts for any reason except that they were faulty, there may be a restock charge associated with your return. Your shipping fees are never open for refund, however,
